How do I return something to healthcareexpress.com?

Your satisfaction is our priority. You can return items shipped by healthcareexpress.com, keeping in mind the following:

  • You need to return the item to us within 30 days of receipt.

     

  • We do not accept items back that have been opened or used.

     

  • We will be more than happy to replace the damaged/defective items in your order. In some cases, we may ask you to send the damaged/defective items back to us, while in other cases we will advise you to dispose of them. Please do not throw away your damaged/defective items until you have spoken with a Customer Service Representative.

     

  • We will refund your return shipping cost if the return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc).
