Heat Applications – Use to aid in the relief of muscle strain, tension and stiffness
To Heat: Place Heart Pillow in the microwave for 2 minutes. Due to microwave variations time may require adjustment. Reheat at 1 minute intervals as needed.
DO NOT HEAT IN THE OVEN OR ON THE STOVETOP!
Cold Applications – Use to aid in the reduction of minor swelling and bruising. May also be used to aid in cooling down excessive body heat and minor fevers.
To Chill: Place Heart Pillow in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or place in the freezer for 15 minutes or until desired coolness is achieved.
Machine Washable: Remove gel and fiber pouch from the cover prior to washing. Launder the cover only. Tumble dry.
